Born in Athens in 1977, Thomas Ditsas comes from a family of architects and engineers. He studied architecture at the National Technical University of Athens and has worked as a freelance architectural engineer since 2004. Over time he has developed a specialization in the three-dimensional design of complex-geometry structures — essentially the digital fabrication of advanced architectural projects.
Through solving demanding design and construction challenges, he became proficient with a range of construction-oriented software, including tools traditionally used in mechanical engineering.
Passionate about natural exploration, he also shares selected mountain photography on this site, reflecting both his professional focus and personal interests.
