Residency in Ippokratios Politeia was a preliminary design for a three-member family in a forested area near Mount Parnitha. In the early 3D studies, construction detailing played an unusually central role, used deliberately as a tool for achieving the architectural aesthetic.
The main concept was a carefully crafted roof with visible structure, turning the legally required roof form into the defining element of the house. Although the idea was well received architecturally, the clients did not approve the exact roof geometry. A redesign followed, but subsequent cost calculations led the clients to abandon the project entirely.
