As a specialized assistant to architect Pavlos Agathis, we organized a woodworking seminar for 10 to 12 year-old kids, in Action Aid seminars in Kolonos district. The kids were introduced to drawing techniques and constructions methods and used all necessary tools to shape woodwork items from almost raw material. The items built by the kids included most furniture in the lab, a wooden box, a table lamp, a cloth hanger and some bird’s nests that were placed in the local park in communication with Greek Ornithological Society. The dinosaur was the last project of the year 2017-18, an introduction to modern computer aided design processes used in the industry. We scaled up a wooden dinosaur toy into a sculpture to place in NGO Action Aid reception.
